What Are Bytes
There are many reasons for tooth loss, including trauma, injury, lack of/poor oral hygiene, plaque & tartar build-up, tooth decay, and gum disease being some of the top reasons. When one loses a tooth and does not replace it, there is a domino effect of changes that kicks in. Adjacent teeth start shifting too and this will disturb the whole dynamics of your teeth and mouth. When a tooth is lost or pulled and not replaced, the jawbone can begin to deteriorate. This happens because what preserves the jawbone in the first place is the pressure and stimulus of chewing.
Shifts in bite because of missing teeth can also lead to problems with the way your teeth come together during chewing and otherwise (called dental occlusion) and this can cause many problems that affect your life more than just inside your mouth. You stop enjoying your favourite food and age faster amongst many other problems
How Do bytes Work
Bytes are custom made for each individual. Our experts will design the most suited solution to replace a missing tooth; these may include replacement of tooth as well as root e.g. solution could consist of an artificial tooth root placed in the jawbone to create a permanent, strong foundation and structure for a replacement tooth.
